Animal Hybrid
The assignment that we had to create this quarter was to make an Animal hybrid by using a new program called illustrator. The rules of this project was to make it out of 3 animals of your choice, make a background and make sure it matches your animal. The 3 animals i chose were a Cheetah for the body and tail, a bald eagle for the wings and dolphin for the head. i Chose the cheetah because its fierce and strong like me, bald eagle because it represents my country and a dolphin because it reminds me of an experience i went through on my 15th birthday.

In this project we were introduced to a new program called the adobe illustrator. This program was very different from the ones we used before, we had to learn how to use new tools. I learned how to use these new tools when the teacher gave us a day of just testing out the tools. After we got the hang of it we took a picture with whatever pose we wanted for our silhouette. Then we had to trace the picture out with the pen tool and then be creative by adding lyrics to a song or words that connect to you or the picture. We could've also used shapes and symbols.

For my silhouette i took a picture of a moviestar type of pose with one hand behind my head and the other one on my hip. I chose this pose ebcause i new i would find alot of different creative things to put together and i remember that when i was little being a moviestar was one of my "dreams".

PSA- Drunk Driving

For this project we had to made a Public Service Announcement. We had to choose a topic of our choice, find pictures, a song to go with it and it had to be 30 or more minutes long. We were given a website to go to for examples. We had to get a picture that shows websites and numbers on where to go if help needed and charts that showed the high percentage of the topic.

I chose to do my PSA on drunk driving. I chosed this as my topic because my uncle drinks and drives and everyday me and my family are a nervous wreck because he doesnt listen to us, were scared for him. In my PSA i included pictures of people who have been hit by drunk drivers, killed by drunk drivers and drunk drivers themselves drinking behind the steering wheel. I also added chart and statistics of how high the numbers of people killed by drunk drivers are.

This project was about choosing an event or a topic of your choice. After choosing the pictures i included myself in them as if i were taking place in the event. My topic was about Martin Luther King Jr.

This project was about telling a story of someone who impacted or changed my life. I chose to do my project on my cousin Josh because he changed my vision on life, he motivated me to live everyday as if it was my last and i wanted to do this for him. R.I.P

This project was about decorating your notebook with pictures of your choice, pictures that represent you and things that you like.
